Currently I am having a project to use arduino UNO to get the dust sensor data and send this data to MHU (Multimedia Head Unit) in my car.
To be more specific, MHU is like an android device so I see the dust sensor value in my Car's screen.
I have made an android app so android device can read the data from arduino through USB serial connection. It is working in my phone can read the data but when I connect it to MHU, MHU can recognize the arduino but it do not show any data from Arduino.
My friend advise that because MHU can receive data via USB serial connection, I need to install SD card to arduino and make it like an USB storage device. Then MHU can read the sensor data.
Have anyone ever encountered a similar situation like this?
